Ms. Lisa McCann, Vice President, brings over 25 years of DoD IT experience and leadership in Enterprise Operations, Program Management, and Business Development and Capture. Lisa has proven experience providing support to DoD customers that includes US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), US Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) and Defense Systems Information Agency (DISA). Lisa is results driven with a proven track record that focuses on growth and strategic planning, while establishing strong customer and partner relationships. She has successfully overseen all phases of contracts from opportunity identification and capture through program execution and management. She has a unique blend of technical understanding, leadership, and analytical skills that allows her to effectively lead her teams through the capture and proposal processes. Prior to joining TekSynap in February 2023, Lisa was a Vice President of Business Development and Capture for Empower AI (formerly NCI), a Senior Program Manager for GDIT, and Program Development Manager for Smartronix. She successfully managed a $125M portfolio of Network Operations and Cybersecurity programs that included managing over 200 employees.
