Mr. Darrell Nealy, with an expansive 38-year tenure at the Department of Navy (DoN), holds the position of Vice President of Operations at TekSynap. Darrell’s career encompasses leadership roles in multi-billion-dollar Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) government projects worldwide, coupled with a strong emphasis on securing top-secret data. Post his naval service, which included over 26 years retiring as a Senior Naval Officer with domestic and international strategic operations management, Darrell transitioned to a significant role as the Chief Information Officer at Navy Region Southwest, where he oversaw ICT operations and Cyber Security programs for the southwestern United States.

In his current capacity at TekSynap, Darrell focuses on fostering and expanding relationships across the DoN and other federal government agencies. His dedication to continuous system support and enhancement improvements is a testimony to his substantial federal government career. With a comprehensive understanding of Information Warfare Concepts, Darrell delivers tactical, operational, and strategic level ICT solutions and cybersecurity programs. His educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Information Technology. Furthermore, his professional certifications, which include PMP, SAFe 6 Scrum Master, PSM, ITIL v4, CISM, CASP, and C|CISO, along with a Level III certification in Defense Acquisition Information Technology and Level II Program Management, reinforce his expertise.

Darrell’s alignment with TekSynap’s mission, to nimbly utilize the best that information technology offers to meet the federal government’s business needs, is further strengthened by his membership in the Defense Acquisition Corps. Darrell is married to Stella Bee, and they are proud parents of four and grandparents of eleven.
